What counts as an application
Exactly what it sounds like: a tenant taps Apply on your listing and their application lands in your dashboard, profile included. If day 14 arrives and none have, the guarantee kicks in.

How the refund reaches you
We usually notice listings that get no applications and refund them ourselves. If we miss yours, email hello@letify.mt with your listing ID and we'll refund you within 48 hours.
One exclusion: listings purchased with a discount code aren't covered by the guarantee.
